It has been a bad month. After 12 months of fasting and not being hungry I find myself hungry 24/7. Either something happened to my metabolism or I have been in deep hypnosis for the past 12 months and just snapped out of it. Perhaps it was even divine guidance that has brought me this far. I am down 110 lbs and don't want any more excess body fat.
