Well today has been a pretty good day! I'm trying to make up for the feast I had yesterday!! wonk wonk!!lol Well I bought a scale last night and its been a week since I weighed myself and I wasnt planning on seeing my results til I went back to DR's 2 weeks from now, but I was curious?? and wall-la! I lost 5lbs! Lets just hope I lose or maintain that by next wednesday.... hopefully the food I ate last night was not 5lbs worth thats gonna creep up on me soon! Well Im glad I weighed myself! It gave me a boost of motivation! So now Im back up again!!

p.s. Im following the WW diet but I am doing more of the diet my Dr referred me to. She says you wanna eat more fiber than fat if at all possible. So high fiber low fat. She says dont think because you eat an apple that it will clean out the cheese crisp you ate earlier in the day either, you would have to consume at least 30 grams of fiber and less fat grams in order for this to assist with weight loss. She says fiber is a brillo pad to clean out the fat you consume! An so far Im diggin it! *just a note*

Wow! So Im a lil bummed! I totally went over my calorie intake by having dinner at golden corral today. :( Even thought I look at this as a low, It is a big eye opener though an can be positive! Just looking at my calorie intake for one meal and all the fat it held is out of this world!! I totally went overboard! Waaaay overboard! But Im not going to let this dinner upset me...so far I have been doing good and will utilize this knowledge as a reminder for next time I eat it! I dont know what happened? Even though there was a salad bar and whoop dee doo the other food will get ya! And as I looked at my diet calendar I ate more "healthy food and had less calories in the last couple days than in this one dinner and I felt way better after! now I feel blaaah and lazy!! ugh! BUFFETS ARE EVIL!!! I will definitely opt to Applebees meals under 550 calories next time!!!!

Today I hit a brick wall. Next time another brick wall comes my way? I will definitely Aim higher and jump over it!
