Oh my!! Ive been invited to Olive Garden tonight for a free din!! lawd help me!! lol I am going to have chicken alfredo with 3 breadsticks maybe just two?? lol Dont worry all, I have already tracked in and wow!! over 1100 calories for one meal!!? really opened up my eyes!! to think I would eat like that 3x a week!! yikes!! I so wanted to pass on it...but hey I deserve it! ;)
