I have always been an extremely healthy eater and active person, with a weight of 110-112 lbs. However, over the last 18 months, since starting my own business and moving countries, I have indulged in a lot of comfort eating and drinking, and been far less rigorous with my fitness. As a result I have gained a good 18 lbs to 128. despite numerous attempts every week to get back to my old 1200 cal/day and 30-60 min exercise, I keep falling off and cannot seem to get it together. It has resulted in feelings of low self esteem and now i am even afraid to put a bikini on. I so so so want to lose the weight and at least get back to 115lbs. I have found this site and looking for extra support and monitoring in my food and exercise intake to get my old body back!
