WoooooHooooo! I reached my goal this morning!!! I think I will wait a week then adjust it to lose more weight. I am thinking 20 more lbs should do it.
I have never felt healhtier, stronger, and energetic. I am starting to see some major definition in my arms and shoulders and my legs are getting smaller and smaller. I have to say that this has been fairly easy to do. I guess being in the right frame of mind really helps. I haven't had fast food or soda since I started in April. I don't miss it at all. I make sure my body is getting the adequate fuel it needs to get through the day and that seems enough for me. I no longer emotional eat either. I feel like I am going to be really successful in keeping this weight off!
