I am now disabled and limited in what I can do. I can stand, walk and sit for short periods of time. Some days are better than others. I am prescribed pain medication for degenerative disk disease, neropathy and stenosis. I also have extreme anxiety. I do not sleep well and I get so agrevated because I use to be very active and weight 135 for years. I am needing to lose the weight if nothing else, to help lower mty blood pressure and chloresterol. Any help would be great.
