Did Erin Strutland workout shrink session and it was so cool the exercise was combined with affirmations and positive talk different than most it felt fabulous and didn't feel as if I were exercising. I started the day with that and was sweating profusely. Busy day

Well it was the first day of school and on my fitbit I had 5 lights on I walked a ton around the building a very busy day. I drank a lot of water and actually did find time to eat a little. I did not do a relaxing workout after school though I need to do that. Good stressful day.

I got a lot of things organized so I can relax on Monday before school. I can enjoy myself without worry

Thursday: It says that the Atkins chocolate Peanut butter bar is 14 net carbs on the package it says it is 3 net carbs. so instead of 39 net carbs it would be 28 net carbs I did pilates today and it was easier to not over think it, I enjoyed it more. All of the moves intrigue me it makes so much sense.
