weighed myself this morning and went up quite a bit from the other day 4 lbs I am confused maybe I am eating too late in the day or I am choosing the wrong atkins bars. I use 2 or 3 net carbs it helps with my sweet tooth

busy day seems like it is always hopping ate dinner late

came home early after pilates, it was more difficult at times to feel the muscles, I really enjoy doing pilates, busy day didn't have much time in the day to eat but did take something every 3.5 hours
