i HAVE BEEN ON MY DIET FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAVE LOST 12 POUNDS. I AM EATING A LOT OF CHICKEN AND FRESH VEGETABLES,AND A FRUIT SMOOTHY FOR BREAKFAST. I'M KIND OF AT A STAND STILL RIGHT NOW. I WANT TO LOOSE 10 MORE POUNDS, SO I'M ADDING EXERCISE AND SEEING WHAT WILL HAPPEN.
