Today I am not sure if eating a light lunch and much heavier dinner will do harm than good but time will tell. I am going to have my standard breakfast since that seems to satisfy me and I have less temptations. Besides, this is more realistic of what I can do consistently while I am working. Today I checked in with the Wii Fit, did my balance test and it was worse than the prior week. I am trying to add the 5 habits into my life from the May Clinic but I've decided to do it slower since I won't sustain it long-term otherwise. I am still trying to Master "No more TV than activity. I can't do screen time because with school and work that is unrealistic but I hope to get a Vita-mix and a treadmill soon, and I also have my Wii, joined the gym and have a thigh master, hand weights and shake weights so I can keep from getting bored.
Today I rode my bike to the gym and thought my lungs were on fire and its not far- only 3-5 minutes in a car one way! Then I drank a bunch of water and walked on the treadmill 35mins and 59 seconds. Then just when my legs felt wobbly I had to get on my bike and ride back..so I rested for 10 minutes so I could make it home.
Although it says I only took 3521 steps, I think it didn't count the bike ride...but my long-term goal is 12,000 so I am not sure how I plan to reach that goal yet..but would like to do this 3-6 times a week.
I can't wait to see if I have any loss tomorrow. I think tommorrow I will eat a lighter dinner and snack more to keep from feeling so starved...but it is amazing how full a cup of veggies can make you feel.

I am trying to eat more whole foods, drink homemade juice or use when cooking and avoid most processed fractionated foods with my intake mostly plant based sources. I am trying to increase my activity, eat a majority of raw, and lose weight. However, making changes slowly so I can sustain this change is my primary goal now while I read the Mayo Clinic Diet for Diabetics and track my food to see if mt estimations are correct- since I don't want to track my food intake forever.
