I am now reading the Hypnosis diet. It makes a lot of sense, because everything that I've tried to do, I have failed. But this book tells me that this is not a diet. I have to believe to succeed. So I am believing to finally achieve my 20 lbs weight losss. This weekend went pretty good. I walked 10 miles on saturday, training for the 3 day breast cancer walk. I was exhausted that evening. My diet went well. I will not beat myself up over anything anymore. I went for a bike ride with my family this evening. Also rode my bike to the grocery store. I am doing real well. I can really achieve some great results. I am a winner!!

Today was a pretty good day. I went out for a run (3miles) and walked about 2.8 miles. Then I did some strength training (20 mins) My diet which is where I slack off the most was pretty good. I am watching the "biggest Loser". Very inspiring. I tried on my summer whites uniform. Boy I need to lose about 5 inches to get into them. Hmmm I cant believe how much I've gained in the lat 4 years. I can do this, and I will succeed.

I completed a half marathon yesterday. It started out pretty good, then at mile 2 I got real bad shin splints. Oh boy, I thought, how am I going to make it to mile 13.1? Well, I began to pray, and by mile 4, I started feeling real good. I did it!! Ran 13.1 miles in 2hours 20 secs. I feel good today. Went for a 3 mile walk this morning. I did some stretching. Tricep press and pushups this evening. I am feeling just a littl bummed about a guy friend of mind. Someone I really like, but I dont know how he feels about me at this moment. He wasnt feeling well today, but I kinda took it personally, I dont know. Anyhow, I need to concentrate on me right now.

Today we were weighed in, and I've lost 1 pound this week, I really believe that I lost about 4 pounds, since I was 160 on last Saturday. I feel wonderful!! I can do this I know that I can.
