Excersize Book
Hi Sarah
I am an avid exerciser,and would like to give you some suggestions. Exercise bands are great for working out. I also use hand weights for working my triceps, biceps, lunges, squats and so on. Muscle and Fitness Hers has a weight training guide. This book has all of the workouts that you can do at home without gym equipments ( except hand weights). I purchase my books from Amazon. I also use my turbo jam tapes that has cardio, weight training, and abs workout. Its awesome!! A great magazine that I subscribe to for women is called fitness RX for women. Its full of tips, diet, exercise, and new research info. Well, I hope that this helps.
