Hi Anne Marie,
good morning, I looked at the food log. It looked pretty good and very
close to were you want to be, but this is what I would like to see.
Each meal 375 calories or less, 1450 to 1500 calories total daily
intake of food, fat 30 grams or less, carbs 150 grams or less, protein
100 grams or more. I looked at the notes I took down from our first
meeting And your lean body mass is 122.7 which tells me how your
nutrition plan should be put together. We can talk more about this
when I see you, haha lol. Let's do this Saturday 10am or 11am and we
can talk about your schedule and your food.
