Looking through all those past entries, I realized that I weigh today almost the same I did after the three-day diet in October 2013. It means that I really did gain weight all these months. But the good news is I lost 5 kilos from 61 kilos way back in April 23, 2014 61 kilos is 134 lbs., and today, I am 56 kilos, or 123 lbs.
What did I do? I stopped eating dinner. Who cares about what they say that we should not skip a meal? What has that advice done for me? It only made me gain weight. Now that my son is on vacation and I am alone in the house, I will eat only for breakfast and lunch. No more dinner and snacks. I will just have water for the time I was having a meal. Only breakfast and lunch. I know that when Adrian comes home, or when we see each other again, I will be eating more. So I am taking advantage of his absence. And I really need to keep my discipline because next week, we are going to Manila, and I might be eating at the buffet again. Oh, God, help me!

I am getting desperate. I refused to weigh myself because I kept putting on weight. In fact, I fluctuated between 135 to 136 lbs. since last I listed my weight here in Fat Secret. I have been getting despondent, and I know that it is my lack of physical activity, and the fact that I am eating what I want, or been eating out too often.
Just 3 days ago, I went on the 3 Day Diet. And it really works! I lost about 5 lbs., and today is my last day. Maybe I will lose more tomorrow. The biggest thing that I learned with that diet is to forget eating rice, and eating more slowly because that way I feel full. I will try the diet again later.
But first I am going on the Cabbage Soup Diet. I have already purchased most of the food that I will need for the 7 days of the plan. I will stick to it, because now I know that I can. Hopefully I can lose 10 to 15 lbs. If that happens, I will use that weight loss to propel me to eat a low-calorie diet, and just fill myself up with food that have plenty of fiber and protein.
I have also done some research, and I am going to use my knowledge about the BMR, RMR, BMI and other necessary topics to lose weight scientifically. And lastly, I hope to get more physical activity.

Second entry for today.
Today I just went walking. While doing some shopping. My son Adrian and I went shopping for a new shirt for him and some blouses for me. We ended up doing a lot of window shopping and a lot of fitting. Shopping is not fun at all, especially when one has to walk from one place to the next and back so many times. But at least I had a little exercise.
Will still try to do some pedaling on the bike, even if I may not get to do the other workout. Boy, am I tired!
