Looking through all those past entries, I realized that I weigh today almost the same I did after the three-day diet in October 2013. It means that I really did gain weight all these months. But the good news is I lost 5 kilos from 61 kilos way back in April 23, 2014 61 kilos is 134 lbs., and today, I am 56 kilos, or 123 lbs.

What did I do? I stopped eating dinner. Who cares about what they say that we should not skip a meal? What has that advice done for me? It only made me gain weight. Now that my son is on vacation and I am alone in the house, I will eat only for breakfast and lunch. No more dinner and snacks. I will just have water for the time I was having a meal. Only breakfast and lunch. I know that when Adrian comes home, or when we see each other again, I will be eating more. So I am taking advantage of his absence. And I really need to keep my discipline because next week, we are going to Manila, and I might be eating at the buffet again. Oh, God, help me!
