Talk about a major fail!! I need to stop stressing myself out about everything. I get worried, I eat, I don't exercise...and I gain weight...so not impressed with myself right now. In fact, I'm down-right MAD at myself. This week I need to work super super hard to get this weight off. I'm getting my bike tires pumped up tomorrow and that is that. I need to get back into a routine and stop letting everything bug me. There have been some major stressors in my life these past few weeks and if I can just get past them I should be ok. I need to meditate or something...lol! Anyway, sorry I let everyone down, especially myself. What a loser...and I don't mean that in a good way :-(
