So this past weekend was my birthday and I totally blew out my diet and eating healthy!! I ate red meat, nachos, and cake! I feel terrible about it but I did get back on track and I started to eat more grapefruits. So hopefully this will help control my urges to eat. I also think I am going to start taking my diet pills again. Maybe they will work now that I am eating better.

Today is very difficult for me. I am learning to eat with in a certain calorie range instead of eating what ever I want. The place next door has amazing sugar cookies and I want one so bad but I am going to fight the urge and stay at work. I am going to try not to and I know I will feel so much better later for refusing. I am also going to want to eat something crazy for dinner but I will control myself. 2200 calories is not that much but I am committing to this.
