I just recently moved to a very small town Pemberville Ohio from the big city of Cleveland. I have two boys ages 9 and 6 that are very active. I work full time and go to school full time. For the first month after moving I did not have a job and that paired with quitting smoking I gained so much weight.
I am currently trying to lose weight and be more fit and healthy. This is such a challenge for me I love carbs, foods high in fat, and SUGAR!! I have already cut down on the amounts of sugar I am eating and eating sugar free fat free stuff. I eat at least 1 1/2 grapefruit everyday half with every meal. I also try to stick to around 2000 calories a day; a little less if I can. I have been on this diet for 3 weeks now and so far I am doing pretty good. I do use Sunday as a cheat day but I try not to over do it just eat more red meat that day and some unhealthier snacks than I do during the week.
Hopefully I can do this and stick to my plan!!
