Pretty easy to follow right now, just NO food and nothing but this detox drink and water. Can't wait to be able to eat again in 7 more days...

Ok so when I first created this page I thought that I was heavier than I was. Really I weighed in at 162, did a 2 day fast of nothing but water and lost 4 pounds. Tonight I am starting the Master Cleanse. Really hope that I can make it atleast 10 days...gonna be hard, I love snacking...mmmm baby carrots!!! LOL
