I did horrible today :( I started out good with some milk and oatmeal. But then my friends invited me out for lunch and I went, it was a chinese buffett. I ate way less than what I usually do BUT still more than what I would have ate at home :( I stuck to a small salad with chicken for supper but then had bread and butter...... I need someone to kick my ass into shape!

Okay ENOUGH! My head is spinning and I can not sleep. Woke up and grabbed a cookie, I can not even start out clean. I am sipping on a bottle of water right now then hopefully will be able to crash! I am going to do some yoga tomorrow I need some training on that but for now I really need to start finding ways to get some sleep,, because I know that it is the key to losig weight!

I took my multivitamins, had some oatmeal for breakfast and a glass of water. Now going out for lunch with a good friend, some yoga at home then going out tonight with my best friend to a grand opening for a club in the town where I live.
Weigh-in:
337.6 lb

2.4 lb
still to go:
162.6 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

I have tried various diets and nothing has worked. I always give up and gain back everything that I have lost. I have a super supportive husband and a few good friends around but none of them understand how it feels to be this overweight and what a struggle it is to control my overeating. I need all the advice and support I can get!
