tbh I feel like shit right now because I drank waaaay too much hot chocolate and I wasn't even hungry and I just had it because I wanted to, and I already had so many sweets today. ugh i'm so disgusted with myself right now :(. the only good thing about today was I got my protein intake higher and I didn't eat after 8pm, I still need to work on getting those carbs down.

last day of the military diet. I'm thinking of having a full dinner rather than the recommended dinner from the diet plan. I don't know if its worth breaking the diet because I'm almost done. but the dinner my mom made looks so good.

Day 2 of the military diet. its still going good, just feel a little bit hungry but i'm going to try to eat lunch a little bit later on that way I wont be that hungry near dinner time.
