Trying to make healthy choices.
Everyone at work did a group order from a local hot dog joint last night. I didn't have time yesterday afternoon to prepare an evening meal to take to work, so I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad.
Not necessarily the healthiest choice (the dressing is what gets you), but hey. I figure it's healthier than a cheeseburger with everything on it and a side of cheese fries (drool).
Anyway.
Raisin Bran for breakfast today! (yum)
Dat fiber ;-)
I want something healthy for dinner at work today! I have a huge sack of cauliflower florets in the fridge and not a clue what to do with those...
I also have some whole-wheat pasta, so maybe I'll make some of that?
I dunno.

Hm. I seem to have lost a few pounds since my last weigh-in. Granted, they don't really count because my last weigh-in was at Christmastime.
(My scale came in the mail today!!)
Now I know how much I weigh.

I swear, I think I'm being sabotaged.
This afternoon, as I was packing healthy snacks for work, my parents called me like, "Get ready. We're taking you to lunch."
Next thing I know, they're holding a knife to my back in the middle of Chipotle.
Okay, okay. There was no knife.
But wtf!
Who goes to Chipotle and DOESN'T order a Burrito Bowl with the works?? (Minus the sour cream, of course. Ew.)
It was good. I ate half for lunch, half for din-din.
Tomorrow, for sure.
