I've totally let myself go. Its hard to look in the mirror. Depression and stress are my excuses, but the real reason is because I didnt care enough about myself to do anything. I want to make it a daily goal to journal, because I feel that alot of my eating is emotional. If i clear my emotions, I think it will help me eat better and gain control of my life and eating patterns again.
NEW GOALS STARTING 3/24/2013:
1) Journal feelings every day and discuss meal plan
2) Hit the gym every single day that I do not work
3) Eat 1600 calories a day OR less :)
4) Eat more fresh food (this will be easy once I start day shift because the freshveggie and salad bar is open at work!)
5)Eat a lean shake for dinner on the nights I work *to compensate for lack of gym time!*
6) Start my day with devotions
7) 1 hour of GRE studying on days off of work.
8) Track every calorie in fatsecret
Here is my new, ideal day off work:
Wake up after 8 hours of sleep, devotions, gym, clea/tidy, shower, GRE studying.
Days I work:
Work, Lean shake for dinner
I CAN DO THIS. IM THE SAME PERSON NOW AS I WAS BACK THEN. NOTHING INSIDE OF MY HAS CHANGED. ONLY MY SURROUNDINGS AND LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED, I AM STILL ME. I CAN DO THIS...ANYTHING IVE SET MY MIND TO IN THE PAST I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED
