i am new, and daily calorie usage for a sedentary female of my age is way too high!
I really agree that we underestimate how many calories we take in daily.

Group of One?
I'M 69, can anyone possibly be older? I want so much to get the dreaded
sticky last few pounds off. It is just as hard to lose 10 pounds as 100.
I can get within 2 pounds of my goal and drop the ball. Is there some
secret fear of success?
