Here I go again.. Weeks have turned into months and months into years. My goal is 20 lbs by my 69th birthday in Sept. My problem has been " tomorrow"
Oh go ahead and eat it there is always tomorrow to start over. Need to change that attitude.
My last blood work panel showed high inflammation,and sugar. My Dr. has said cut the sugar, and no more gluten. Well hells bells that just leaves me chicken and vegetable's. I really don't like vegetables . I was raised on bread and bacon fat :) I quit smoking easier than I have been able to give up sugar.
After reading about gluten and plus also what we have done with our corn. I have to agree with her.
Today is the day for a life style change, I have done the Akins before and lost 22 lb.. only to gain it back with my tomorrow attitude.
This is the plan I am going to do. No more grab and eat, Its cooking time
