I won the last two weeks! 😊 At last, i entered the 85 zone. I have still 10 kg to go. It was hard job. so far, i walked about 244 km during the last two months. Given the hardship i saw i will not destroy my achievements again. This is my decision.

Today, is weighing 🎰 day! 😊 The good news is, I reach to 87.3!🎇🎆✨🎈🎉🎊 I enter the 87 zone. The zone which was critical for me. For the next week i aim to enter 86 zone. As ever i am in great need of your support and prayers!

I had No weigh loss during this week. When l look back i understand why this happened. I did not consider my low carb diet. I hope by friday i make a chage in this situation.😊

Today is weighing 🎰 day! I could achive my Goal 🥅. Next week my weight should stand on 8️⃣7️⃣. If i reach this target 🎯 i can say i have made a good progress 📉so far. This weigh is critical and important for me because if i reach it i have broken a very strong 💪 support line. Lets see what happens in the next week . This week i achieved a great success ✌️. Again i come back below 90 kg. My wife also reduced her weight about 1 kg. I could feel this success before i check it. I could walk more easily and i had less pains on my feets. I heard summers are the best time for reducing weigh. Therfore, i should use it very well. I am still in need of you positive supports. 😉
