Good Fat? What is that?
When you look at a food label, they usually have Fat (lipid) and then they have the amount of saturated and trans fat. Those are the two bad fats. Recommendations say you should comsume 0 trans fat and limit saturated fat to as low as possible. So the label may show total fat as 5g and then only show 1g of saturated and 0 trans. This means that the remainder of the fat is unsaturated fat (healthy fats) - MUFA and PUFA.

Calories and WW points
I also eat 23 pts per day but I average around 1500 calories... Are you eating foods high in fat?

My average day looks like:

Breakfast: Fiber 1 and milk, coffee. Lunch: Spinach salad with walnuts and strawberries, grapes, banana, beans, and 2 cookies. Dinner: Usually I spend around 10pts for dinner... 1.5 cups of penne with a lot of veggies and some cheese. Snacks: popcorn, tea

I'd suggest trying to pick more nutrient dense low calorie foods rather than foods high in saturated fat.
