Already had coffee. have really bad heartburn. not feeling like eating or working out or showering. which is fine, I'm not hurting like I was but I'm feeling like it could come back. so I'm just laying on the couch.

wow! I am surprised by this! sooo Happy but surprised, I actually had to weigh myself 2x because the first time was 286. But I didn't like that. back to work today, Thurs 9-6. that's about it

Pound a day! Errray day! went to lunch and dinner and choose wisely ar lunch but at dinner not a great choice but I did only eat 2/3 of my meal! no booze all day!! and we hung out with dawn and Michael. feel good. weighed myself tonight and I was 289, hopefully that means I will loose 4 lbs tonight.
