Hey everyone. Prom is on May 5. I want to drop 1 pound a week to hit my goal weight by then. This week has been hard since it was my boyfriend’s step-dad’s birthday and I happen to LOVE baking. Anyway, where do you guys think my percentages should be sitting at? I don’t want to cut too many carbs because I don’t want the brain fog at school. Maybe 33% protein, 30% fats, and 36% carbs? Let me know what you think. And can someone explain keto?
