Today was another good day...Did not drink the water that I wanted to (was at the zoo today with my daughter) but will make up for it tomorrow! Dinner was a yummy one, and that always settles well...Hoping to see more movement in the scale later in the week....But im glad that i saw a little bit....every bit counts!

ok, i posted this yesterday, but got no responses, my weight ticker still says 180 even though i am 170.5....I DONT UNDERSTAND and I DONT WANT TO SEE THAT ON THERE STILL.....what is the deal?!?! Any ideas...It says where i sign in and out 170.5, but the ticker for posts etc stays the same HOW ANNYOYING!!!

Well, today was a good day..I had a TON of water...walked all together about 4 miles, and my daughter took a 2 hour nap! Cant ask for more than that, well, I guess I could but im not going to get crazy...I did really well on my eating today...I think I did atleast...Im really trying to enter the food and exercise in my diet calendar to help me see what I have done and what i need to do...Ok, hope all had a good Monday and Im hoping to see some movement in the downward direction for everybody this week!

I continue to be amazed and impressed by all of you and this great site....I am truly hopefull that I can have a big drop on my scale soon, but have yet to see it happen..I must be doing something wrong...I know that it will come in time, but I want to be the next one writing about being down 15+ lbs...GOOD FOR YOU ALL even if you have just lost one...I do feel thankful becuase overall since starting to "diet" I have lost 10 lbs, but it is amazing to hear about people dropping that in a 2 week period...KEEEP IT UP!!! It really makes me feel excited about this...
Oh, go YELLOW! :)
