I finally got it!!! I am in CONTROL.....along with Atkins....I have not ever been in control of food......NOW I CAN HONESTLY SAY......I control the food.....The food does not control me.....I have never been this happy or feel this good in many many years.....It may have taken me over fifty years to figure it out, but with the help of ATKINS I have OVERCOME the food adiction.......I am a winner...and I have reached my FIRST GOAL.....my next goal is to loose 25 more pounds and I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!! CONGRATS TO ME!!!
