So I let myself go.
I have gained 16.1kg since September 2012 when I was supposed to lose 15kg :( In my defence, I had a terrible accident three years ago and was unable to walk for one year and have only just got back to a state where I can, kind of, jog.
My partner and I have decided to really kick it in to gear and lose weight and be fit. We started yesterday by playing tennis.
I'm excited to see where we'll be in a couple of months. Especially because I think he may be proposing in September so I need to look as best I can obviously, hehe.

I'm so happy! I only signed up on Wednesday and I've already lost 1.1kg. It's not because I'm sticking to a diet as such, I've just been writing down exactly what I'm eating which makes me not want to eat as much!

My new motivation: I always wanted to be a ballerina but I could never wear a one piece because I've alwyas been too embarrassed. SO when I hit 60kg I'm going to sign up to a dancing class.

I'm starting this today because I'm sick of hiding under layers of clothing. I want to be like those beautiful skinny girls in magazines and on tv. I want to be able to wear cute little clothes and feel sexy when I want to. I'm sure the majority of girls on a diet right now are doing it because of very similar reasons. Good luck to everyone!
