I currently weigh 177. I have weighed about this amount for a while now. I am most certainly not happy with it. I have finally decided to do something about it. Today is September 30th, 2010, and I am going to lose 15 pounds in 4 weeks. I am doing this to feel better about myself, and the way I look. I am very self-concious about the way I look, and the only way to better that is to do something about it. I am not complaining anymore, because there is always a way to change this. I have attempted to do different diets and work out several times over this past year, and never finished or kept up. This time will be different.
