I'm not really proud of the food choices I've made today, but I'm putting them in my journal and taking responsibility for it. I know that I will have to just work harder at being prepared and taking food with me so that I am able to make the best choices.

Ok, so I didn't go to the swim class. I guess I just wasn't in the mood since it has been so rainy and wet. I did however, burn a few calories by using my Wii and Gold Gym's Dance Work Out and Just Dance 2. Probably didn't burn as many calories as I would have in the pool, but I was up and doing something which is great. More importantly, my daughter loves these games and she was workin it on out with me!

Well I'm still getting familiar with the site, but it is one of the best I've ever been on. I'm really enjoying the features and looking for challenges. Tonight I'll be going to a water boot camp class. I've been going to this class for about 2 months and I really love it. The instructor is so upbeat and friendly, but she will push you to your limit. Can't wait to get off and get in the water!
