So i've been off of fatsecret for a few days due to business travel and then because of the flu. Other than the days I was traveling and sick, i've actually managed to get at least 30 mins of exercise in daily. And finally this morning, i was able to see movement on the scale, i've lost 2Lbs, which was sooo amazing for me to see. It's been really tough not seeing much change on the scale.

I'm just really bummed...i've been working out for 2 solid weeks, watching what i eat, and i am seeing no movement on the scale. I refuse to chalk it up to weight training. I should see at least a small drop. And the worst part is, i don't think i see a difference in my clothes either. I am not giving up but it is sooooo hard when you don't see results.

So far I've been really good with my food intake today. I have managed to eat every 2-3 hours and keep each meal/snack to a maximum of 2 points as per WW. The day is not over yet. I plan to go to the gym, do 30 minutes on the elliptical and at least an hour more of other form of cardio. It's going to be challenging after i get home because i will want to eat. Need to stay focused and end the day strong.
