I need to keep better track of my food, I also need to not eat out as much and cook! I have been so busy with nursing school that not of this has happened. Today I got a bountiful basket. I don't even know the price comparison to what it would be at the grocery store but I do know that it's nice to get a basket of stuff that I didn't feel like I paid a lot of money for and get food I wouldn't normally eat in it.
Today I am 138. I need to get down to 134. My semester has slowed down extensively. I don't have to be at work until after Thanksgiving and I won't have clinicals either because they are almost done too!
I am going out to eat tonight and I don't really have much money and I shouldn't eat much either... so that combo is good :-)

137. Not to bad for as poorly as I have been eating in the past few days. I will use 137 as a starting point like I did with 142 and not eat any more than 1400 cals.
