Going from college into work in IT really is now taking it's toll. 3 years ago I used to play soccer every day, with golf and other sports in between. Now, I rarely get chance to exercise like I should do, and the office eating has taken over. Being at around 95kg for some time, I decided that after a few stalled attempts to lose weight, 2008 was the right time. I now have an eating plan in place, and have my gym sorted. I have the right routines to work on, and I have a pretty tough goal set to work for, including becoming a whole lot better at the golf!
