Ok, so I have scheduled out for the whole month, when I have events I have to go to and when I am free to go to classes at the gym. My calendar looks pretty full! Hope I can stick too it. I have been doing really good so far getting to the gym at least 4 days a week or night skiing. I have also abstained from alcohol for a full 5 weeks. Now that I have these habits pretty well formed, I need to focus on my eating.

That will be my goal for next week, to get on a good eating plan. We are going a way for a long ski weekend. I'll probably indulge in a couple glasses of wine, but also will work it off, spending Saturday walking around downtown Rutland VT and all day Sunday and Monday on the slopes.

Pilates class tonight! Classes are so much more fun than just hitting the elliptical for an hour.
