Another day and the same thing is happening. Still eating all those carbs. It is just so hard, I have been so hungry and can only eat so much chicken. It doesn't help that work was really stressful today.

Day 2 and still eating way too many carbs. I really need to stick to what I pack for lunch to eat, but when the boss treats, what are you supposed to do?

So today is the first day that I am trying this diet. From what I entered, I am not doing to well. My carbs are way up there. Hopefully with time, I will be able to get things on track and figure out how this works. Snacking is I think going to be my biggest problem, that and sweets. Damn sweet tooth. Well hope things get better!!!
