Still feeling a little pouty about my diet decisions as I recount another day of overeating.

I’m good at work; Everything is brought from home and I have a routine.

It’s when I get home and treat that first hour like it’s thanksgiving.

overeating brings me satisfaction. Being side-splitting full brings me satisfaction. Satisfaction is feeling like I can eat anything because I still have half my calories left and it’s only 4:30.

Why? Being that full actually feels terrible when I really focus on it. I want to figure out why I self Sabotag. Maybe I secretly like it here because it’s what I know?e
