Got home from work - remembered my goal to drink water before grazing. I did - I took a big swig but I knew inside setting the water down that I was fooling myself and should have drunk more 😹. Did some grazing but landed on filling up with a big bowl of kale.
I also realized I’ve spent the whole night trying to do anything but start my weeks hw... Cleaned the counters, put laundry away and anxiously kept opening the fridge and eating little snacks 😂😂
Tomorrow - full glass of water, sit down, put the headphones on and study. Relax my mind, prepare a real meal.

Goal was to hit my calories today. I went a couple hundred over. That’s 1400 over in a week if I keep it up.
I snacked when I got home from work because I didn’t want to start my homework.
Pretty sure I am mindlessly snacking when I’m dehydrated or anxious
