Cutting back on artificial sweeteners. Really, not doing much diet-wise. Too hot to exercise. That's why weight is stagnant. Just sort of trying to eat less. Drinking more water instead of soda. Tend to binge eat impulse buys. Despite meds, I think my depression is in an active stage, things are really weighing on me recently. Well, the scale says I'm a pound lower, so I thought I'd weigh in. ;)

Hmm. Okay, so for two years I didn't sign it and didn't really lose much more - I got up to about 212 before I started weighing myself more closely and not eating so much sugar. The laying off of sugar helps a lot, but dang is it hard. That's all I was doing. Not changing my actual food intake or style of eating, just not eating a lot of sugar. I should probably keep that up. ;)
