Cutting back on artificial sweeteners. Really, not doing much diet-wise. Too hot to exercise. That's why weight is stagnant. Just sort of trying to eat less. Drinking more water instead of soda. Tend to binge eat impulse buys. Despite meds, I think my depression is in an active stage, things are really weighing on me recently. Well, the scale says I'm a pound lower, so I thought I'd weigh in. ;)
197.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
