after following a diet very low in carbohydrates, eliminating caffeine and all breads, sugars, high carb vegs. and high fructose fruits, I noticed no weight loss was obtained. In the weeks 7/1 to 7/15 have been back to coffee with 2%milk, occasionally eat cakes, whole wheat bread and other carbs then I lost 5 pounds since I had gone up to 240 again. I'm more confused than ever about what is right and wrong for me dietwise.

March 2011 252--got swollen after taking Lyrica
begin weight loss purpose but not as easy
May 11 2011 still 252 while in Florida
gotten more serious abt. losing
June 18, 2011 weight 237--start using fatsecret.com
lost so far 15lbs. x 5weeks=aprox. 3 lbs. per week
