I did terrible today. Just had a craving for popeye's which I should have fought off this craving a little harder. I will not be tempted again that's for sure.
Like the saying goes, If you fall down, then you just get up and try again.

I didn't get to eat lunch again for the second day in a row and I know that can't be good. Had to do laundry and some running around, by the time I got done lunchtime was over.
I hope that this doesn't affect my by the time of my weigh in again. I will definitely try to do much better before this week is over.
