I work full time in an office (sitting on a chair for 8 hours) and a freelance model on my free time. To keep a healthy living style, I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. Everytime I gain 5lbs (due to excessive food intake), I will sign myself up to running races. I have been running several half marathons and short races for the last 3 years. But, running alone doesn't really help toning my abs. So, I join a boxing club to tone the rest of the body. And, here I am trying to movitate others and myself via fat secret app. Thanks Fatsecret in helping me keeping on track of my weight, my diet, and my exercise.
