did well counting cal yesterday... until last night. i was starving and hubby encouraged me to eat a little more. he wasn't trying to ruin me but thought going straight to 1200 was extreme. he said to work my way down to 1200. what do u think?

I forgot how hard it was - well, not mathematically "hard", but emotionally hard it was to count calories... not bad so far though... the kicker is, can i talk myself into a workout?

Well, I've gained almost 20lbs since Jan. Terrible! I feel like I've let myself go to waste. Anyhow, I need to get this weight back off again. I need it for myself and my marriage. Not that my husband would leave me, but I can't be what I want to be in the bedroom. I feel unattractive and resent sex right now. I need to feel better about myself and I want to look better so that I am more confident and we can restore our sex life. I know, sad right? lol
