It's been many years since I've logged into FS. I had to start over with a new profile. Anyhow, I am a mother of two kids. One in her second year of college and the other going into high school. I also have 3 dogs ...that I recently found out I'm allergic too!! ;( I also have a cat, I'm very surprised I'm not allergic to him. I also have a awesome husband. I am at this point in my life that I am changing my body for my health. I've had a lot of issues going on with my health, that I am needing to get fit and healthy again. I've had severe stomach issues and also I am allergic to a lot of things.. mainly some of my favorite foods. It's been hard but I'm ready to get back on track.

I know I do the same thing!! Its a habit for me to be looking. here lately it has all been pretty low. so idk maybe I should do more cardio too

Help I hit a plateau!! :(
Hello... I hope someone can help me out. I have been doing Atkins for a awhile now. I love it!! The only problem is I seem to have hit a plateau. I keep staying right at 140 to 141.. I go back and forth with no progress.. this may seem crazy to some but, I even decided to try eating meat and eggs for a few days to see if it would help and that's when I went to 140.. then the back up to 141.. Sad so idk what I'm doing wrong. Im already eating 20 net carbs a day. Should I decrease??
