I am happy to see the scale heading in the right direction finally. Slowly, but as long as it's moving that is enough motivation for me to keep on keepin' on!!!

Made the mistake of getting on the scale this morning. No weight loss at all. Goes to show working out every single day doesn't mean you will lose weight. My calories consumed are less than calories burned or at least not at my RDA limit that's for sure.
Oh well, on a positive note, did my W6D2 run today, the long 20 minute run!! Feeling awesome about that!!
