WW has worked for me in the past. The program definitely works when I take advantage of all the tools available to me--especially with the 2011 changes made to the program. I just need to work with the program. JUST NEVER GIVE UP! Last time I was with this program was 2005; lost 35 pounds in 3 months. My biggest problem is that I'm a stress eater. Need to definite work on mind/emotional part of losing the weight (binge eater), no matter what program I follow.
Binge ate all day yesterday. New Beginning today ... Joined a 10 pounds challenge today.

I'm a new member. Was searching for some nutrition information and this site came up. WOW! What a find. Happy to be a part of this. I just started a program at a Hospital Medical Center last week. This will definitely assist me in my efforts. Trying to avoid having to have Lap Band surgery or any surgery of this kind. Support in your efforts are key!
